📚 IMPORTANT ESTATE SALE UPDATE 📚

To everyone who was looking forward to attending our upcoming Professor’s Library Book Sale, we sincerely apologize for the change in plans.

We know many of you were excited to explore this extraordinary private library of more than 9,000 volumes, and we truly appreciate the tremendous interest the sale received.

However, sometimes an opportunity comes along that simply makes sense for the estate.

A gentleman from out of town learned of the collection, flew in specifically to view it, and ultimately purchased the entire 9,000+ volume library for one money.

As a result, the Professor’s Library Book Sale has officially been CANCELLED.

While we are sorry to disappoint our fellow book lovers, we are thrilled to have successfully placed this remarkable collection with one buyer.

But don’t go anywhere… because we are just getting started with this estate.

The library may be spoken for, but the home itself is filled with beautiful, upscale contents, and Brooks Legacy Estates & Auctions is preparing a lavish estate sale that you will not want to miss.
