Lab results can provide valuable information. But understanding what that information means for a specific property often requires context.

That’s where an environmental assessment comes in.

Testing can be one useful tool within a larger investigation alongside the history of the property, moisture conditions, visible findings, occupant concerns, building materials, and other observations made on site.

Finding the problem is one part of the process. Knowing what happened after it was addressed matters, too.

REVRO provides independent environmental assessments to help identify conditions within a home or property and post-remediation verification (PRV) to evaluate conditions after remediation work has been completed.

Whether we’re investigating an initial concern or returning after corrective work, our role remains the same: assess the conditions in front of us objectively, communicate what we find clearly, and provide guidance based on what the situation actually calls for.

For homeowners and property owners, that means having someone in your corner who isn’t there to make the problem bigger, or smaller, than it is.

Why is REVRO in D.C.? 🇺🇸 Because the conversations happening inside our homes deserve a place in the conversations happening here, too.

Yesterday was about coming together, discussing the issues and preparing for today.

Today, Rich is heading to Capitol Hill alongside other industry professionals to meet with legislators and advocate for greater awareness and understanding surrounding mold, indoor environmental concerns, and the families affected by them.

For REVRO, this isn’t separate from the work we do.

We sit across from families. We hear their concerns. We investigate their homes. We see firsthand why education, awareness and better understanding matter.
