At most facilities that lock comes off whenever a staff member can get out there. Monday, usually. The money's in, the tenant's current, and they still can't reach their own things.

There's a step past this too. Bluetooth smart locks tie into the software, so the overlock comes off the moment the account clears, without anybody touching it.
