My Journey
Since I was in college, I have always felt that the leaders, executive team and managers have a huge impact, including making or breaking the business, by the way in which they lead. Being a strong effective leader may seem easy and common sense to some, however, it is not. It’s part of the reason almost everyone encounters a “bad boss” at some point in their career.
As an HR professional, I’ve had the unique opportunity to work with numerous leaders and employees. It has given the opportunity to see concerns from both sides and how best to address them.
My passion and mission are to give leaders the tools they need to be effective. Leaders that motivate and engage their employees. It’s a win/win for everyone. The leader has motivated and engaged employees. The employees are productive and happy. This, in turn, helps increase productivity and increases the bottom-line.
