Visioning is a simple but powerful practice that helps you get clear on a future point in time and describe what “great” looks like there—whether that’s for your organization, a pricing change, a new initiative, or even something personal. In this interactive seminar, you’ll practice writing your own vision and walk away with tools to incorporate visioning into your everyday work and decision-making.

A few weeks later and we’re still feeling inspired by this year’s ZingPosium. Thank you to all of the wonderful participants who showed up ready to learn, connect, and engage so fully throughout the event. The energy in the room was amazing!

We had such a great time bringing The Art of Giving Great Service to our friends at the Manistee Area Chamber of Commerce. This group showed up ready to engage, ask thoughtful questions, and really dig into what great service looks like in action. The energy in the room made it easy to have honest, practical conversations about raising the bar. It’s always fun for us when a team leans in like this and makes the work their own. We’re grateful for the partnership and excited to see how they continue putting these ideas into practice.

When systems say one thing but culture shows another, people follow what they see.
That’s the systems–culture gap—and it quietly shapes behavior every day.

You can have strong values on paper, clear policies, and well-designed processes… but if they aren’t modeled, reinforced, and felt in real moments, they don’t stick.

Students, teams, and communities don’t learn from what’s written—they learn from what’s lived.

Closing the gap isn’t about adding more rules.

It’s about alignment:

→ what we do
→ what we allow

That’s where real change happens.
