The founder of SWSA is William O'Connor, LMSW clinical & macro, who has more than 30 years of social work experience and is certified in core supervision by the Michigan chapter of NASW.

Concerning our rates: Most limited license social workers are concerned about finances. And for good reason: Between school loans, lost wages while going to school, and low starting salaries, the 4 hours a month of supervision that Michigan requires can add to financial stress. For this reason, our rates for supervision are less than a third of the Michigan average. NASW regulations do not allow the posting of rates on line, but please contact us directly for more information.
