The #1 thing that separates our industry's Best Operators, The Top 1%, and the rest of the pack is that they spend time each month WORKING ON their business, not just IN it.

The Top 1% attract top management & staff, they are far more predictable, they require much less of ownership's time and they produce profits multiples higher than the industry average.
But even many of these operators were rocked by Covid and were forced to play defense over the last 18 months. If you own a bar or restaurant, it’s time to get back on offense!

Trade shows are informative and brand-driven events can be useful but, in my experience, neither were transformative. So I built a format to help operators get maximum output in a short period of time. They are called Mastermind Intensives.

HERE'S HOW THEY WORK:
- We meet in a unique space. I bought a 115-year-old mansion in Annapolis for this purpose.
- It is a small group format. Roughly ~30 people and we are often in groups of 8
- We keep it simple- two big days and two big systems to learn and implement
- You are surrounded by people like you, heading in the same direction
- You are taught by people how have actually had success with the systems they are teaching (not just read books about them)
- Relationships are formed that last a lifetime through the learning, exercises, and fun we have!

At this August Intensive, we’re focusing heavily on two things:

First, on ensuring your business delivers strong, PREDICTABLE PROFITS and, second, on helping you 10X your MARKETING RESULTS.

In NYC and nationwide, Chris Patino has had a hell of a journey already, despite his young years. He's conquered the world of bar activities (both tending, and operating/owning Raised by Wolves). He's a partner at SimpleServe, he's a father, and he's currently battling cancer. Talk about a priceless perspective on life!

These guys are just awesome.
If you’re in the industry, and you’ve had 1. a smartphone and 2. a sense of humor for 3. over a year, you’ve probably encountered the social media tornado that is Chris Patino or Erick Castro.

Usually by the Tuesday after Tales, my life starts getting back to "normal". Tales is not only a place to learn and collaborate, it is where I get to connect with some of my closest friends from around the world.
This week -- while we can’t be fresh off a trip to the Big Easy and dusty from Rose at Bacchanal -- we can still have great company and cocktails.
