When you turn off Focused Inbox, you remove the Focused and Other tabs from your inbox and all email messages are combined into one list.

Managing records in O365 still requires additional support if your organization wants to do it correctly. With the introduction of the Security and Compliance Center, Microsoft might have taken a step towards centralizing your retention, eDiscovery and classification efforts, but they have a lot of road still to travel before it becomes a truly viable solution. Limitations abound with labels, what Microsoft is calling their version of a classification scheme. Organizations are severly limited on the options for triggering the classification of items within the O365 space. You still need third-party add-ons to help get you to where you want to be.

And while we're at it... bring back the Send-to button in the new Modern library look and feel.
