Do you think 60 days is a long time to sell a house?

I think the last few years have given many of us a warped sense of how quickly homes should sell.

In the Argyle area, the median time on market for available pre-owned homes is currently 60 days, and homes that sold last week averaged 55 days on the market.

That doesn't mean something is wrong with the house. It just means we're in a different market.

Buyers are still buying, sellers are still selling, and homes that are priced right and marketed well are finding the right buyer.
