OTHER SERVICES
CODING
We provide full coding services. We offer a variety of different coding levels of treatment, ranging from indexing several fields to full bibliographic and subjective coding. Included in our services is document determination, application of automated routines to extract text values and manual coding.

AUTO AND HYBRID CODING
We offer auto and hybrid coding services to reduce costs typically associated with manual coding. Auto-coding is optimal where native files and/or OCR are available for routine-based parsed text extraction to structured fielded data elements using a combination of metadata and in-text sources. To enhance output reliability, hybrid coding is another option employing a combination of auto-extraction and manual input to verify and/or enhance output generated through auto-coding.

MANUAL CODING
For hard copy collections that will not typically render reliable OCR text output we offer full bibliographic and subjective coding services.

MEDIA DUPLICATION
We provide a wide range of media duplication services, ranging frompreparing multiple copies of hard drives and optical media, e-briefsand filings to X-ray duplication.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
We can assist you with a wide range of technical support services,including ad-hoc troubleshooting, database design, litigation systemsdevelopment/deployment, electronic courtroom presentationsupport, and programming.

MAILINGS
We provide full mailing services. Our services include printing,preparing, metering and delivering mass mailings. We can alsoestablish PO box reply repositories and track, monitor and reportresponses.
