Ive worked in customer service for over 10 years and I believe most people can provide good service, but it’s when things don’t go as expected or, perhaps, a mistake is made that separate the good ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ from the EXCEPTIONAL ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ . Glen has helped my family several times with our refrigerator and dryer and always had a solution. Today, he came back for a recurring dryer issue where it made a metal-on-metal sound. He was honest about it saying it was likely something put together incorrectly from last time, fixed it ✔️ , and did not charge us. I now understand why so many recommend him. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 I do too.

We have had a sudden death in the family that has occupied a lot of my time the last few days. Wanted to apologize to everyone and pray it wasn’t to much of an inconvenience. Also, I want to let everyone know we will be closed Wednesday for the funeral. We will be available for new customers and questions by text, just won’t be taking any phone calls on Wednesday. The office will be back open on Thursday. I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. 🙏

Thank you sooooooo much for everyone that suggested Glen Bubba Atkinson!!!! Super friendly guy….it took a few days for the part to get delivered but he fixed our dryer enough for us to use it on a limited basis until the part was installed. He is easy to get in touch with and he shows up on time!!! We now have the perfect guy to use for all of our appliance repairs.

Want to give a shout out to the Appliance Doctor, Glen “Bubba” Atkinson, 901-359-7311. The Doctor quickly diagnosed the problem with the ice maker on our 3-year old GE refrigerator. With a little surgery, he had us up and running just like new. the price was very fair and reasonable and the doctor is great at keeping his appointments. He has our highest recommendation for appliance repair.
