Posting for my own accountability!!! I’ve still got between 13-20 lbs (3 months postpartum) until my goal weight but really my goal is to feel stronger and sleep better.

I’ve had to focus on more low impact exercises than I’m used to. Any recommendations on home workouts that are strenuous but also low impact?

Greek yogurt with cinnamon apples and PB
Salmon with mixed veggies and jalapeño yogurt sauce

Hi I’m still here and still at it. Took a solid week or week and a half off on vacation but jumped back into some prenatal strength workouts.

3 day refresh done. I didn’t lose a ton of weight maybe a pound or two but I can see and feel the difference. (After is on right) It’s motivated me to cut down on meat and dairy I start my 80 day Fix Monday.

Remember three days of a refresh won’t fix a month of indulging just like three days of indulging won’t ruin a month of clean eating. Use this to kickoff or get back to your good habits!!!

Breakfast: Shake and strawberries

I am full foodwise and did have energy to get through a cardio workout. But now I’m exhausted at 845. Ready for bed
