The truth is, you don’t have a delegation problem. You have a business model built on your back. Most founders have been told to fix burnout with more discipline, better boundaries, or stronger delegation. But what if none of those are real problem? What if the business was never designed to live outside of you in the first place? If every decision routes back to you… If every client still needs your approval… If your team can help, but cannot truly move without you… That is not leadership that’s founder dependency. I have learned that you cannot mindset your way out of a structure that was built around you. The work is not to carry more gracefully. The work is to redesign the foundation redesign the structure. Move the authority. Built the foundation.
