Maggie has been looking for a home for 302 days. One of the main reasons is because she growls quite a lot you will see here she is obviously very comfortable but still continues to growl towards the mail in the home. She often follows him around growling and will sometimes even bark at him she has improved greatly but it will take some time and she will need a patient Family. WELCOME ABBIE- I mean what is there to say about this face? Adorable 10 month old terrier poodle Cross. She is about 11 pounds and full of life. Good with other dogs and extremely friendly. Appears to be housebroken and relatively well on her first walk on the leash. Spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped and ready to go to a forever home! Maggie has been looking for a home for 300 days. I’m going to post her photo every day until she finds her forever. She is four years old and around 30 pounds. She is good with other dogs. No cats though, they are too fun to chase. She loves her Foster Mom and follows her foster dad around growling at him but it’s not what you think. She allows him to pet her but has this funny growling thing she does. It’s the reason she hasn’t been adopted unfortunately. We will need to find a family that will understand that it will take her some time. Where is the family that is going to be patient and wait to see the fabulous dog that she is?

She’s here and a big thank you to Honest Groomers for cleaning this poor baby up. And to Monique Roman Stone for giving her a ride all the way here. Tomorrow we see the vet and hoping for good news about this horrible tumor. It has open abscesses as well. I think her eyes are very painful as well I can’t believe that she lived with someone who let this happen.

We are definitely going to need the whole Ark to help us with this one. Found wandering around the Los Angeles neighborh...

We are definitely going to need the whole Ark to help us with this one. Found wandering around the Los Angeles neighborhood. Amazing that she wasn’t hit by a car she appears to be blind and has a giant tumor hanging from her stomach. I can’t even imagine how sad and confused this poor girl is. We had a lovely Volunteer willing to drive her from Los Angeles to us. We will be heading to the vet first thing tomorrow.

COURTESY POST - This is Blu. Currently he lives in a cage outside all day and night. The owner is willing to give up the dog. He is a 10 year-old German shorthair pointer. He is great with other dogs and has been around kids his whole life. Not good with chickens. He used to be an inside/outside dog so he is house trained. The owner said if we can find him a home, he is okay with giving him up. He is not neutered. If interested in meeting this sweet boy please contact Cece. [email protected] or (484) 264-2371

Update, we’ve got a ride!! Next we need a foster. Trying to get this poor creature from Los Angeles to San Luis Obispo. Is anyone headed from LA to the Central coast today?
