Sales Representative – Audio Visual, Lighting, Shades & Security

Links Group LLC is expanding into Florida and is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to help develop new business and build lasting client relationships.

We specialize in professionally designed and installed audio/visual systems, lighting control, motorized shades, cameras, security systems, networking, and smart-home technology for residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new residential and commercial sales opportunities
Build relationships with homeowners, builders, designers, property managers, contractors, and business owners
Schedule and conduct client consultations
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions
Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations with support from the Links Group team
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain an organized sales pipeline
Coordinate with project managers and installation technicians
Represent Links Group LLC professionally and provide excellent customer service
Meet agreed-upon sales and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience preferred; experience in AV, security, lighting, construction, technology, or luxury residential services is a plus
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
Self-motivated and comfortable developing business independently
Ability to understand customer needs and explain technical solutions in simple terms
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple opportunities
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel throughout the assigned Florida service area

Compensation:

Competitive base pay and/or commission structure based on experience and arrangement
Additional earning opportunities for qualified sales and successfully completed projects
Compensation details will be discussed during the interview

This position may be ideal for someone with an established network in luxury homes, new construction, remodeling, hospitality, property management, commercial development, or technology services.

Skilled Audio Visual / Low Voltage Technician Wanted

We’re growing and looking for an experienced Audio Visual / Low Voltage Technician who takes pride in clean, professional work and enjoys working in some of Colorado’s most beautiful custom homes.

What You’ll Do

* Install high-end residential AV systems
* Structured wiring (Cat5e/Cat6)
* TV mounting and home theater installation
* Network equipment installation and troubleshooting
* Security cameras, alarm systems, and access control
* Smart home integration
* Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
* Commission, troubleshoot, and service completed systems

What We’re Looking For

* 3+ years of AV or low-voltage installation experience
* Strong troubleshooting skills
* Experience with networking and IP-based systems
* Clean, organized workmanship
* Professional appearance and excellent communication
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with Ubiquiti, Lutron, Control4, Crestron, Sonos, DSC, or similar systems is a major plus.
