Our mission is to design the operating infrastructure that makes community wellness durable. We operate at the intersection of three critical domains:

2. Prevention Ecosystems: Upstream design that stops harm before it starts.

3. Workforce Systems Architecture: Building human capacity that can actually sustain the mission.

We just published something we've been working on for years.

A prevention framework for trauma-informed workforce development.

It started when I was teaching at an alternative school and saw teachers bleeding their frustrations onto students. That's when I realized: trauma isn't just in the people we serve. It's in the systems. The workplaces. The organizations claiming to help.

This framework asks a different question: Instead of "Are people job-ready?" we ask "Are workplaces people-ready?"

It's built from real work: CHRIS180 (25% reduction in youth violence), Blueprint58, Urban League, CAIS. Prevention science applied to real community challenges.

Economic mobility without healing is just moving trauma from one zip code to another. We can do better.

This week was full. Two trainings with and two more with . Four spaces rooted in healing, equity, and liberation.

We named barriers, lifted up strengths, and practiced what it means to show up whole in the workplace. We explored trauma awareness, stress responses, and resilience as real skills that help us thrive in systems not built for us.

The highlight was not just the content but the people. Circles of honesty, laughter, vulnerability, and power. Folks reminding each other that thriving at work is possible when we lead with trust, empathy, and care.

Grateful to facilitate, to witness, and to be reminded that liberation starts with how we treat ourselves and each other.
