Today I need to give a huge shoutout to my Barber , because he truly outdid himself. When I sat in his chair and told him I wanted something special for my 5‑year CancerFreeversary, I had no idea he was about to bless me with a design that would leave me speechless.

He didn’t just cut my hair — he created art. He honored my journey. He made me feel celebrated.

The precision, the creativity, the kindness, the way he listens and brings your vision to life… he is a master at his craft. Every cut, every design, every detail is intentional.

Mental Health, Faith, and Staying Grounded in a Chaotic World

Lately, the weight of the world has been loud. Between global conflict, constant media noise, and the uncertainty in my own industry, it’s been a lot to hold. As a flight attendant, I have to stay aware of what’s happening — but I’ve also learned how easily the news can pull you into a place of fear, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion.

So I’ve been intentional about stepping back. Protecting my mind. Guarding my spirit. Listening for God more than I listen to the media.

Because even in the middle of uncertainty, my hope and my faith have been my anchor. I don’t believe God places a calling on your heart just to abandon you halfway through it. If He gave me this desire, this path, this next chapter — then He intends for me to complete it. That’s what I’m holding onto.

And while I’m navigating my own emotions, I’m still trying to be strong for others. Still showing up. Still choosing purpose.

So today, I want to remind you:

• Take time to breathe.
• Take time to check in with yourself mentally.
• Take time to acknowledge what you’re feeling — not suppress it.
• And if someone posts or speaks about their mental health, check on them.
Sometimes that one message, that one “Hey, I see you,” can shift everything.

We’re all carrying something.
We’re all trying to make sense of a world that feels unstable.
But we don’t have to do it alone.

Stay grounded. Stay prayerful. Stay connected.
Your mind matters. Your peace matters. Your purpose matters.

✨ Feeling. Healing. Releasing. ✨

These last two months have been a lot.
My fibromyalgia and Lupus have been working overtime in my space, and honestly… it hasn’t been easy. The pain has been loud, the fatigue has been real, and my body has been speaking in a language I couldn’t ignore.

But here’s the part I don’t always share:
I had to sit with the spiritual side of what was happening.
I had to ask myself, “Why are these two showing up at the same time? What is my body trying to release? What truth am I being pushed to face?”

And what I realized is this:

Sometimes the pain isn’t just physical —
it’s a message,
a mirror,
a nudge from Spirit,
a reminder that something inside you is ready to be healed, released, or transformed.

I’m human. I’m real.
I feel it just like you do.
And I’m pushing through — not from perfection, but from purpose.

If you’re navigating your own journey with chronic illness, pain, or emotional heaviness, I want you to know this:

You’re not alone.
You’re not weak.
You’re not failing.
You’re becoming.

A small tool for today:

Place your hand over your heart and say:

“I release what no longer belongs to me.
I honor what my body is teaching me.
