Stepping into my fourth decade while celebrating 6 years of Unlock Creative feels like such a full-circle moment. Born in the middle of a global pandemic, this enterprise has navigated every geopolitical wave and financial up and down imaginable. Yet, here we stand—stronger, deeper in our purpose, and thriving.
To say I am proud of what we’ve built is an understatement. Unlock Creative was founded on a mission to shape and elevate Black and Brown creative leadership, and the real-world impact of that work fills my heart:
