Expansion isn't just about growing your business. It’s about increasing your capacity for impact. 🥂

I spent the weekend at a coach conference, surrounded by people who are operating at the level I’m moving toward. There is a specific kind of power that comes from being in a room where you don’t have to explain your 'why.'

We talked a lot about alignment. It’s easy to over-function and think that’s the path to growth, but real expansion happens when you align your strategy with your truth.

I took this time to pour back into myself, but more importantly, I allowed others to pour into me. As an advisor, I’m always the one guiding the strategy. Being the one receiving the strategy was the recalibration I needed.
