B Fort Enterprises won this contract last month. We manage their recruiting process from candidate selection to offer. Fast forward 30 days, I’ve filled 1/2 of the roles given to me and I was invited to represent Lambert at the Black National MBA Association conference in Atlanta this week! 2022 has been good to me. I thank God for all of his blessings and opportunities.

I think I’m still pinching myself from Sunday because I’m in disbelief that we’re at a point where we can grow our team! I made the best decision this past week to hire a HR Consultant to assist me with B Fort Enterprises various projects! I needed the help so bad so that I could continue to grow my clientele base. I’m soooo happy to have made this move! I can’t believe B Fort Enterprises is a verified HR and Recruiting vendor for 3 multimillion dollar companies. It’s the small and big wins for me! ✨

It's Our Anniversary ✨✨✨

1 year in business! Being a full time entrepreneur for the past 6 months has been a journey. Emotional rollecoaster to say the least but SO rewarding!!! I want thank all of my followers, friends, clients and family for the referrals! referrals are everything and that grew the resume side of the business so fast! My resume services are what built us and I am so grateful, along with career coaching. I have been blessed to land 3 corporate clients so far this year!!! I am assisting these companies with their recruiting and sourcing strategies and various HR projects. Needless to say I've been swamped!! I'm excited for our future! I will be growing my team this year and I'm so blessed and fortunate to be able to do that. Thank you for your endless support, the sky is the limit for B Fort Enterprises ✨

2020.... Whew there's a lot to say about it. The good, the bad, the success, the struggles. I want to thank each and every last person that has supported me. I launched B Fort Enterprises in April 2020 with very small goals. With the help of my supporters and new clients I exceeded every goal! I lost my full time corporate job in October 2020 due to Covid. It was tough dealing with it but it was such a blessing in disguise. I landed 2 corporate clients and a ton more individual clients! I was so nervous and worried about the "unknown" I pushed through that fear and set myself up to have an amazing first quarter of 2021. I know we will have a great year! Your support has NOT gone unnoticed at all! Thank you for every share, word spread, referral and your professionalism! I cannot wait to see what's in store for us this year!! Happy New Year!! ✨

Our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician Lead with recent HVAC experience! The ideal candidate would be efficiently managing work orders, super handy and knowledgeable in HVAC, plumbing and electrical. This position is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the physical condition of the community. The Maintenance Technician is part of the administrative team in charge of supervision of day-to-day maintenance operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and conduct maintenance necessary to satisfy all work orders at the property.
• Manage the property upkeep/preventive maintenance,
• Manage the property to keep all units up to par.
• Upkeep of the maintenance shop on site.
• Inputting and tracking all work orders into the system.
• Manage inventory and ordering of all necessary supplies.
• Maintain a high level of customer service with the ability to resolve applicant and resident issues.

DESIRED SKILLS:
• Apartment maintenance experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Excellent organizational skills and an ability to self-motivate.
• Computer literate and using the Internet to troubleshoot problems.
• Excellent people skills, with daily interfacing with residents and vendors.
• Having a truck to occasionally use for business
• Ability to partner with diverse communities
• Proper certifications HVAC/CPO

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to be on-call after hours. Flex work schedule to accommodate after-hours and weekend
emergencies.
• Live within a 20-minute drive of the property.
• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Have a sense of urgency with all tasks and be able to meet deadlines
