Amazon just announced today that they will be paying 100% of tuition, fees, and textbooks for hourly U.S. employees starting January 22. And what's more, they will also pay for GED studies and learning English as a Second Language courses.

Amazon is following other major U.S. employers like Walmart, Target, and Starbucks that have also boosted their education benefits to employees.

The job market is hot and full of benefits for employees.
