The Comfort Zone: where nothing grows and you stay stuck.

Growth in both your personal and professional life should be a bit uncomfortable.

It’s taken me YEARS to step outside “the zone” only to realize I wasn’t living up to my potential and making the income I deserved. As a single mom my social circle is also pretty small, because I don’t have a lot of time to devote to new relationships.

However, when I changed my thinking and decided to get a little uncomfortable I realized that I was making connections with some amazing, like-minded people who have become wonderful supporters and friends.

Like they say, “ The first step is the hardest”. The more you step out the more you will accomplish!

Oh single momma’s I’m right there with you! I’ve cried when things seem impossible or I feel like I’m failing my kids. I’ve lost sleep wondering how I could do for them.

I spend years in a rut feeling like I was never going to be all the things they needed me to be. BUT, you wanna know what? I kept waking up and trying again. I changed my attitude on my situation and began to thrive. I found jobs I can do from home that I am really go at. I finally moved out of an apartment into a house I own AND guess what? ⁉️Your WHY is the most important part of your business. ⁉️

Your WHY is not only your motivator to keep pushing forward, but it’s typically part of the problem your business tries to solve.

You WHY is how you relate to your audience.

Here’s an example ..... let’s say you’re a fitness coach. Your WHY might be that you were once living an unhealthy lifestyle, but through dedication 10 minutes a day you were able to turn from couch potato to feeling good about how you treat your body. THE WHY is you want to help other feel the same way. You become relatable when you talk about your own struggle. Maybe you have those days where you still want to be a couch potato. You tell your audience that and what you are going to do about it. They need to see the real you and that your WHY isn’t all about money. 👎🏼

Share your WHY every month with your audience. Remind them why you’re there and that you understand where they are in their journey.
