Some of the most meaningful work starts quietly.
Back in December, I connected with a Fractional Compliance Officer through Alignable. We jumped on a call before the holidays—no pitch, no formal agenda—just a real conversation about the day-to-day realities of operations and compliance in home care and home health organizations.
What stood out was the alignment. Different roles, different perspectives, but the same heart for clarity, sustainability, and reducing unnecessary risk for teams.
Last week, we officially solidified a collaborative webinar we’ve been thoughtfully shaping. It won’t be a “sit and listen” session. Instead, it’s being designed as a working session with a hands-on activity—helping participants take a real operational or compliance task and turn it into something more structured, repeatable, and sustainable.
