Look, I get it.

Trust me.

I was there.

Like so many, when I got my start in NWM, I followed all the “basic steps” to grow a business.

And I quickly learned that most things being taught are outdated or don’t work for longterm success. ❌

I hustled my BUTT off for low ticket commissions and felt like I was left with crumbs.

It wasn’t worth my time or energy I was pouring into my team and the effort I was putting in each end of month just to start back at square one at the beginning of the next month.

I was so over it.

It felt like I was constantly taking 5 steps forward and 10 steps back.
