These special discounted rates are offered by Disney for guests who are flexible with a few booking details:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• Changes cannot be made once the reservation is confirmed
• Disney will assign your stateroom location for you

These rates can disappear fast and are available for rooms that sleep up to 4 guests. Families or groups with more than 4 travelers will need to reserve two staterooms, and Disney will usually try to keep those rooms near each other whenever possible.

You may see these listed as IGT, OGT, or VGT categories. While they sound similar to standard guaranteed staterooms, they are actually separate restricted-rate promotions with specially reduced pricing.

I booked someone on the Carnival Mardi Gras, one of their best ships. 4 people interior, 7 days. Only $1540. $400 deposit. This is an AMAZING deal! Let me know if you want to get in on this. Its Jan 30 to Fev 7. There are other dates close but a little more expensive
