I posted all about Thriving Henry Leaders, a program focused on leader mental health wellness, and forgot share the launch recap.

Our inaugural cohort has gotten off to an excellent start. Participants have been fully engaged and showing up ready to share. I'm blown away by how they are connecting with each other.

Wow! Has it really been 7 years?!?
When I saw the notification on LinkedIn I realized I forgot my business anniversary. 😆 Oops!

7 years.... I've gained, I've lost...lost a lot more than I expected. 🙃I got stories, y'all. Yet, I have gained way more than I lost. And I'll be honest, I have not made it. What I have made is and I'm learning to appreciate that along with .

Networking Wednesday! A few pics from my day in the A.

Started my day with the Kaiser Permanente Building for Impact Tour Kickoff. If you are interested in construction projects with KP, you do not want to miss the opportunity.

From the Director of Building for Impact Todd Gray to the keynote speaker Ernest Ellis, President & CEO of FS 360, to the panelists, this event did not disappoint. So many nuggets were shared.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 1st visit to the Gathering Spot. I will be back!

Next up, the Atlanta Black Chamber of Commerce 2nd Annual State of the Black Woman Entrepreneur: The Power of Capital event. More nuggets shared and connections made.

Grateful for this opportunity to add value and share this powerful tool with Henry County Students, who are participating in the Georgia FLEX competition.

Each student completed a questionnaire then received a personalized student career DISC report.

This report is for students ages 15+, as well as adults in the midst of career transition. They learn a well-rounded view of their communication style, how their ideals show up in the work they do, their cognitive thinking and learning styles, their strengths as shown in the Power DISC, plus several examples of careers that would make great use of their strengths.
