We’re proud to announce that Neuro Consulting Solutions will be presenting at the 2026 GAPSE Conference, Georgia Moving Forward, hosted by Georgia APSE on October 27–28 in Macon.

Our session, “Training That Actually Sticks: Applying Adult Learning Science to Build Employment First Cultures in Organizations,” addresses a familiar challenge: training is delivered, everyone nods in agreement—and then little changes when people return to work.

At NCS, we believe training design is more than a format—it’s a science. Drawing on nearly two decades of experience applying adult learning research across workforce development, government, and inclusion-focused initiatives, we’ll explore three principles that help turn one-time training into meaningful, lasting behavior change:

• Relevance
• Active engagement
• Spaced reinforcement

Attendees will leave with a practical instructional design checklist they can begin using the following week to make their employer education and workplace inclusion training more effective.

We look forward to connecting with Georgia’s employment support community and helping move Employment First from awareness to sustained action.

Sustainable Inclusion Starts with Community 🤝💙

At Neuro Consulting Solutions (NCS), we believe becoming an autism-friendly and neuroinclusive community is not accomplished through a single training. Lasting change happens when communities come together. We are proud to be leading and managing the Autism-Friendly Naperville initiative in collaboration with Little Friends and Turning Pointe Autism Foundation.

During our recent visit, we toured key City and community spaces and facilitated a Leadership Roundtable to listen to City priorities, identify opportunities, and bring community voices together around a shared vision for inclusion. Our goal is bigger than creating change today. It is about building a community network that can sustain and strengthen this work for years to come.

Inclusion isn't a designation you earn. It's a community commitment you continue to build.

Step one of our Naperville tour is officially underway!

Our team is on the ground evaluating two incredible community spaces, Naper Settlement and the Downtown Naperville Public Library, as part of our ongoing work to help the City of Naperville build spaces where everyone belongs.

The most important part of this work? It's not just checking boxes. It's connecting with the leaders behind these spaces, understanding how they already welcome their community, and identifying where we can grow together.

We're honored to be doing this alongside two organizations who live this mission every day: Little Friends and Turning Pointe Autism Foundation. Their insight and partnership are shaping every step of this evaluation.

This is just the beginning. Follow along as we tour, evaluate, and collaborate our way toward a truly inclusive Naperville.

Camp Wings of Friendship officially wrapped up yesterday, and we are still smiling! 🦅🎒✨
