Try Task Batching instead. Group similar tasks together:

9:00 - 9:30: Admin & Invoicing only 🧾

1:00 - 2:00: Deep work/Content creation only ✍️

4:00 - 4:30: Wrap-up emails only 📩

When you stay in one zone, you finish so much faster. More free time for you, less brain fog. We love to see it!

Grab a notebook or a digital sticky note and write down every single thing swirling around in your head. Tasks, emails to send, grocery lists, random ideas. Get it out of your head and onto paper. 🧠💥
