🏡 Reflecting on the journey from agent to entrepreneur! 🚀

I stumbled upon this old gem today from 7 years ago - a snapshot of my days as a real estate agent. 📸 Little did I know that this would mark the beginning of an incredible journey in the real estate world!

From agent to almost signing my life away to build a TC division in the offices of 10 Keller Williams. 🏢 The experiences shaped me, and I'm grateful for each step that led me here.

Fast forward, I launched my own transaction coordination business and closed 250 deals in my first year! 🎉 It was a rollercoaster, but the learning was invaluable.

And then came the next chapter - I ventured into the tech side, launching a transaction coordination software setup and consulting company. 🚀 Working with real estate brokers, teams, agents, and transaction coordinators to scale and automate their processes has been a game-changer.

It's amazing to see the growth and evolution, and I couldn't have done it without the support of this incredible community. Thank you for being a part of this journey! 🙏 Excited for what the future holds. 🌟

My husband Mark and I got to spend the day learning and chatting it up with amazing, innovative, and growth-minded individuals today.

If you've never been to the Small Business Expo, I'd highly recommend it next time it's in your area. This makes my 3rd time and the energy always leaves me pumped up about my personal story and what the future holds. Let me know if you ever go and I'll give you tips for making the most of it!

I'd also love to join more networking groups! That was a blast! If anyone knows of any good ones here in the Atlanta area, let's go together!!!

7 years ago today, I was on FIRE and obsessed with Real Estate! I LOVE SEEING THIS MEMORY 🥹😭 I would have never imagined myself where I am now, and I’m so grateful to have found my passion for tech and efficiency through this AMAZING and exciting industry.

Back then, I was deeply immersed in the world of real estate, and one of my favorite aspects of this field was its inclusivity. Regardless of who you were, where you came from, or what you had done, there was a place for you here. Are you an extrovert with a knack for networking and door-knocking? Dive in! Do you prefer being at home or in the office but can also strike up a conversation? Consider cold calling! Perhaps you have a strong sphere of influence? Nurture those relationships! The beauty of real estate was that it offered a multitude of avenues for success, and all you had to do was find the one that resonated with you.

What intrigued me most was the constant evolution within the industry. Real estate is never static; it's always changing, with new rules, regulations, and documents emerging, keeping us on our toes. This dynamic environment fostered personal and professional growth as we adapted to these changes and learned to navigate the ever-shifting landscape.

But over the years, something shifted within me. I gradually transitioned from being head over heels for traditional real estate practices to falling in love with the behind-the-scenes magic of team operations, transaction coordination, and, ultimately, the world of technology and systems, which I now passionately bring to the real estate industry to enhance efficiency.

As I delved into tech and systems, I discovered a powerful synergy between technology and real estate. My journey evolved from a love for real estate to becoming a guiding force in helping real estate agents and transaction coordinators migrate to advanced tools and systems. I am not in the tech industry; I'm here to empower and support those in the real estate field to harness the benefits of technology and efficiency. I've transitioned from managing paper checklists to introducing and implementing automated software and systematic approaches tailored for real estate professionals.

Today, as I reflect on my journey, I'm grateful for the path that led me from a passionate real estate enthusiast to a tech-savvy efficiency advocate dedicated to the real estate industry. The beauty of this journey is that it exemplifies the endless possibilities that life can offer when you remain open to growth and change.

I encourage everyone to follow their passions and embrace change. Sometimes, you might find your calling in unexpected places. Seven years ago, I couldn't have foreseen the incredible journey ahead, and I'm excited to continue evolving and exploring new frontiers in this ever-changing, ever-inspiring world of technology and efficiency - with a specific focus on helping real estate agents and transaction coordinators thrive in this tech-driven age. 🚀 Introducing the OTC Setup Checklist 1.0: Revolutionize Your Transactions! 🏡

Since the release of Open to Close (OTC) in early 2021, the world of real estate transaction management has undergone an exciting transformation and it’s like no one is talking about it! With OTC’s unique features and capabilities, we've witnessed a big shift in how we perceive real estate transaction management software and a complete reimagining of the systems and processes that drive transactions forward.

Almost 3 years later, I’m thrilled and so proud to release the first version of TC Optimize’s OTC Setup Checklist - the most efficient structure I’ve found for the quickest and most robust setup, with as little overwhelming as humanly possible.

We’ve spent thousands of hours creating contact, building setups, coaching, and strategizing with top producers to organize a monstrous setup into manageable steps. This checklist, while never as nicely organized, has been instrumental in helping countless Transaction Coordinators (TCs) and Real Estate Teams revolutionize their approach to real estate transaction management within Open to Close and I hope it helps you, too!
