Our BSSL April meeting was as sweet as can be! Good food, fellowship, laughs and education. Our fabulous speaker was Rebecca Strobl, the first female volunteer Fire Chief in Cherokee County and Lake Arrowhead. She provided tips on how to be safe when we’re out and about and the importance of wearing a reflective vest when we’re on a road on foot for any reason. She was also kind enough to present me with this sweet bouquet of flowers.
May 16th will be our last meeting before we take a summer break in June and July. We will be packing Summer Lunch Kits to take to MUST Ministries.
If you would like to donate lunch or several lunches for a child, it’s just $10. It will provide enough food for one child for one week. Go to www.bssl.org to easily donate.
