Compassion, empathy, and intuition are a few of the qualities needed to be a great doula. Mix that with a passion that burns like fire to leave birth better than you found it and you’re ready to take the next steps to become a certified doula.
This past weekend these amazing women walked in with those qualities and that burning passion! After 2 days, 20 hours of listening to each other, being immersed in discussion, role play, hands-on activities and demonstrations, they walked away with more ambition, confidence, and motivation to go out into the Metro Atlanta community and help families navigate the journey to parenthood and all the twists and turns that come with it.
