I am pleased to announce my selection to the National Black MBA Atlanta Chapter Board of Directors, where I will serve as Director of Economic Development.

Established in 1980, the Atlanta Chapter is the largest chapter within the National Black MBA Association’s 44-chapter network, with more than 1,800 financial members.

The Atlanta Chapter has earned a national reputation for excellence and impact, including:

I am honored to have been selected and plan to help the Chapter strengthen entrepreneurship, business ownership, and economic advancement throughout the Atlanta community. This role presents a meaningful opportunity to help scale entrepreneurial pathways, connect business owners to critical resources, and contribute to sustainable economic growth that benefits both our members and the broader Atlanta community.

In my role as Director of Economic Development, I will support the Chapter’s mission by advancing initiatives that promote entrepreneurship and economic empowerment. The Economic Development Committee is responsible for:

1. Developing programming that educates members and the broader community on entrepreneurial opportunities
2. Partnering with organizations to provide technical assistance to Atlanta-area entrepreneurs
