-Clean MVR
-Ability to operate a skid steer is a plus, but can be taught
-Must be willing to load your dump truck.

Often times customers ask if we can just fill their pool in with dirt and leave the shell. We always tell them NO! And this is why. We only do the job right and that means removing the entire pool. Or else you will end up like this home owner with a spongy patio. Always remove the existing pool or it will just end up costing more.
