What a difference a year makes! On the left.... That man is me: depressed, afloat, unhealthy. Filling the void with liquor and candy and cheap highly seasoned food. I was seriously unhappy, y’all. But like Archimedes said, give me a point of leverage and I can move the universe. I HAD IT. I had my aha moment. When I decided to change my diet, to believe in myself, to challenge myself, and to RISE to the challenge, my universe changed.... So I speak onto you: may 2020 be your AHA YEAR!
