Hello everyone just came home this past Sunday from 5th stay in hospital with pneumonia. Had a follow-up yesterday with heart surgeon and he said everything was looking great and I should be able to return to work on the 17th. Thank you everyone for your support and prayers. Its been a long 5 weeks.

Update. I am finally home from the hospital. They sent me home last night. Gonna be a little slower recovery than I anticipated. Had to have a liter of fluid removed from around heart. Also have fluid in lungs. I will be back at it as soon as I possibly can. Thank you for your prayers.

Hey everyone, this is Steve’s son, Brandon Hogan.

I wanted to share a quick update with all of you. Earlier this week, my dad had a sudden and unexpected health issue. He collapsed and was taken to the hospital, where doctors discovered fluid around his heart. He’s already had one procedure to drain over a liter of fluid and will be possibly be having another soon to help prevent it from returning. We are still waiting on a decision.

As many of you know, my dad and extra momma are both self-employed, which means taking time off isn’t easy. Right now, our main hope is that he can focus fully on recovering without feeling pressured to return to work before he’s ready.
