Jennifer Schoenberger Design Full-service Interior Design House making spaces beautiful since 2008 Schoenberger Design, in 2008.

Jennifer Schoenberger is an interior designer, tastemaker and design blogger based in Atlanta, Georgia. She began her professional life as a Broadcast Journalist in Michigan, her home state, before moving to San Francisco to experience life and culture on the West Coast. It wasn’t until her family moved to Atlanta that her life-long passion for design blossomed into her current profession.

“I tho

ught it was normal to be excited to peek inside the homes on Halloween night, right along with all that candy. I should of known!”

It wasn’t until she owned her first home, Jennifer began to make a name for herself as the go-to girl for a paint color suggestion or design quandary which would eventually lead to the establishment of her design firm; J. Shortly thereafter, she discovered design blogs and began one of her own in 2010, Vreeland Road, named in honor of her angel Mother, who passed this life in 1995. Vreeland Road was the perfect intersection of all the loves in her life – journalism, design, family and a longing to celebrate and honor her Mother’s memory and artistic spirit. Cindy Vreeland Hehl was an artist and descendant of the Vreeland family, who founded the home town in which Jennifer was raised.

“It’s always a sweet treat to drive down Vreeland Road when I’m home. Just seeing the street sign makes me smile and I’ll occasionally honk, just for kicks. I cherish my small-town upbringing that brought such security and joy as a child (of course I didn’t think that was the case then). I am extremely grateful for the wonderful influence my family, ancestors and friends played in my formative years and I’m committed to finding creative ways to reciprocate in some shape or form.”

J. Schoenberger Design is now a full-service design firm servicing clients from blueprints to final install throughout the South, Midwest and Gulf Coast regions. Her work has been featured in Atlanta Magazine and on the cover of Consumer Reports Kitchens.

“Whatever the project, traditional to modern, its our goal to reflect the client’s taste, while remaining true to the home’s architectural integrity. Each piece is thoughtfully and carefully curated for a cohesive, collected and timeless look.”

Happy Holy Saturday! Yet again, we have another school board adamant about taking a wrecking ball to this beautiful historic school pictured here. Please consider helping these folks save their cherished history and put an end to this alarming trend. xoxo

Shocked and heartbroken to wake up to the news that Joni from Cote de Texas has passed away. Lifting her family and friends up in prayer. Joni was one of the first blogs I started reading before inspiring me to start my own. She wrote the most beautiful post about my work and I am forever grateful. She followed along, commented often and gave me the confidence to keep going. We bonded over the unfortunate fact we both lost our mothers at a young age and I would lovingly tell her she’s like the favorite Aunt Ive never met. Live and love each other hard friends. We are not in control - make every day count and make time for the people who matter most. Let’s all make someone’s day today like Joni made mine way back when and be a beacon of light for love, grace and making the world a more beautiful place. Rest in peace sweet soul 🙏🏻
