**Probably Rock Star**

Just divided this massive clump of tubers and they are curing to be planted in a few days. I am almost positive they are Rock Star which is a deep cranberry hued anemone form dahlia. They are gorgeous but short lived in a vase. Excellent for garden enjoyment or event work.

Alas, I will only plant 2 of her in case I’m wrong and she is a unicorn. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Because I don’t know her exact identity, she is $6 per tuber and available as of Wednesday this week for pickup.

How do I know she may be Rock Star? Because she has this very unique 🍑 shaped tuber form. Only way to describe it! IYKYK!

Check my stories today to see a photo of her. I am terrible about photographing my flowers and this is a new phone. No clue where my own photos of her may be.

I will also have some Sandia Brocade tubers for $8 each. Those are also anemone formed but my very favorite! I tuck them into subscriber bouquets as a bonus flower. They are incredible!

SHOP THE COOLER! SAVE FROM COMPOST!!

I labeled each bouquet for easy shopping. Each contains 2 peonies (last of the last!) plus tons of gorgeous supportive flowers. Market bouquets this week are $30. Pick up tonight, tomorrow after 11 or Monday anytime!

Any unsold will be dried for future projects. They would rather be enjoyed in your home, though! 😉😉😉

Dahlia tubers also available for $8/ea which is a steal! These varieties are the most productive tuber producers and hard to kill. Trust me, I have neglected and tried! 🤣🤣🤣

Ack! We made the difficult decision to cancel our attendance for dtoday’s Monroe Market. The weather forecast had consistently showed high accumulation of rain (and possibly thunder) during market hours. That seems to have shifted some but the update didn’t come until 4 am this morning. Please go support our amazing vendors between rainy weather today!

Here’s your one shot, Fancy, don’t let me down!

Begrudgingly, I have been making my way through the most rugged dahlia clumps that made it through winter. That said, I will have some TUBERS for sale this Saturday at the Monroe Market from 8:30am-Noon.

So far, I can confidently say we will have no shortage of Cafe au Lait (dinner plate blush/cream) and Jowey Linda (bright orange ball form).

They all have at least one eye, labeled on the tuber, and are ready to plant! Can’t make the market? Message me to place a pickup order.

These tend to sell out quickly at markets in part because most people have to order them online. Here’s your lucky week, fam!

🚨NEW PRODUCT ALERT!!!🚨

Hey friends! Than you all for making this Mother’s Day week a major success! I sold out and then some today at the market.

To the mama and kiddo who drove all over to find me today and then spend $$$ on flowers, you better have the best week ever! 🥰🥰🥰

We saved a ton of celosia seed this past fall and my son is selling them for $5 ea for pickup or $5.50 shipped. He is saving up for his very own vinyl record player!!

These came from the Shimmer Celosia originally bred by Johnnys seeds. They are open pollinated so may have some variation in form and colors. But historically, most celosia in pastel hues come back in a mix of those colors. The mother bloom was a chonky plume which is what sets that hybrid apart for floral design. Plume celosia open pollinated usually present as a mix of plume (full spikes) or spicata (akin to pink flamingo shape).

I have tons of mixed bouquets plus dozens of peony stems you can add onto a bouquet or just stock up for mom! A vase of peonies is so simple yet timeless!

Thank you soooo much to everyone who ordered this week or sent me encouragement. Mother’s Day week is absolutely bananas if you work in the flower industry. My husband was literally hand feeding me chips and queso while I built bouquets for all of you lovelies! I had Déjà vu because he absolutely has done that over several Mother’s Day markets annually. Hard to eat while holding flowers. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
