When I say we have pet owls, I mean they are constantly around between the hours of 6pm until 6am. We got home after a fun day at the amusement park and my son goes “oh there’s an owl.” I was like yeah they’re usually around. But then I see Owlberta perched here knowing full well I have to open the gate to get into the driveway. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
She also likes to go on top of the kids’ playhouse to eat her catch!
We went to Fun Spot Atlanta one last time before they close on August 2nd. 💔
Most notably, we went to ride Arieforce One before it’s gone. People have traveled from alllll over to ride it. The people riding today were diehard coaster junkies. For our final goodbye ride, we met a friendly albeit drunk Canadian. He told us he flew in from Quebec to ride Arie. Apparently, he flies all over the states to visit the best rollercoasters. Sounds like a dream!
Arie is the best rollercoaster I have ever ridden, and I have no idea how it ended up at Fun Spot. I don’t have high hopes for it being salvaged due to the debt owed on the property….but if it does, we will travel to ride it again!
