Hi all!

This is my breakthrough since October 2022. I can from 212.9lbs to 172lbs. I’m still going strong! Do whatever you have to do to be healthy to live long & prosper. Your health is wealth! Your family is depending on you to stay here to assist them. I’m rooting for you! I do it all the adaptive way! Just keep moving. I started on just the incumbent bike & just kept pushing myself daily.
