-Serving as the primary operational hub, coordinating logistics, vendors, and schedules in Asana 
-Partnering closely with our Founder & CEO, Rachel Eisaman, on business operations and project ex*****on (will change this to “me” on LinkedIn)
-Supporting our on-site move days and project walkthroughs across the Atlanta area

Little did we know we’d grow up to carry the weight of one of life’s biggest moments alongside the most incredible women. We didn’t plan to be in the business of fresh starts. But honestly, we can’t imagine doing anything else.

Today we’re getting personal.

In 2009, I was bartending at night and building a design portfolio by day. Scrappy doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Then a client asked if I could help them move, and everything changed.

That single question became Joli Residential. Now we wrap our clients in ease and beauty during one of life’s biggest transitions.

Why movers won’t pack your plants (and what we do instead) 🌱

Plants are living, breathing things that need light, water, and stable temperatures. A moving truck is definitely not the ideal environment for your fiddle leaf fig.

Most moving companies have strict policies against transporting plants because they can’t guarantee they’ll survive the journey. Plus, some states have regulations about moving plants across borders to protect local ecosystems.

This is where a luxury move service makes all the difference. When our clients need to move plants we cushion them with paper and nestle them carefully in boxes, often a few days before the move so they can adjust to lower light. Then we load them in our own vehicles and transport them to your new home.

Sometimes moving means finding the smartest path! 🏠✨

For this move, we chose to bring everything in through the French doors. It saved the crew lots of time having to navigate a narrow stair entry and was the most direct route into the house.
