I am looking for someone who is outstanding with people and great with networking and capable of finding and negotiating profitable paid deal/opportunities for the talent. You will take a finders fee from any deal you find. Your "Talent Rep" or "Finders" fee is 10% so if you book a deal for a client to be paid $10K to appear in someone's documentary you will collect $1,000.00 from the $10,000.00.
