Position Overview
BCA Studios is a commercial architectural firm with offices in Georgia and Texas. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Bookkeeping Assistant to support our daily operations across multiple offices. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, and comfortable handling both administrative and financial tasks.
Key Assistant Responsibilities
• Enter and manage consultant invoices
• Print and process checks
• Manage utility payments for three office locations
• Manage and organize the accounting email inbox
• Prepare quarterly financial and other accounting reports
• Perform bookkeeping for three office locations
• Generate client billing and invoices
• Maintain monthly billing schedules
• Set up and track new projects
• Order office supplies
• Maintain business licenses and renewals
Qualifications
• Bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
