My name is Shannon Ayers, a loyal native to one of the most diverse, entertaining, culinary destinations of the world – New Orleans, Louisiana. I am a proud military spouse and mom of four with a varied and interesting career background of extraordinary and unique experiences spanning from the Pacific to Europe. From the halls of Capitol Hill to the offices of the United States Transportation Comm

and, the shores of Pearl Harbor with the Department of Navy and historic mountains of the United States Military Academy at Westpoint, New York where leaders are born, I’ve excelled amongst my peers, honing exceptional management, analytical and personal skills. These experiences set me upon the trajectory I currently enjoy and forged in me a fire to bring out the best in others. There are so many companies that offer excellent products and valuable services. However, they often fail their clientele when too little emphasis is placed on customer service, or there is a lack of optimizations for brand identity. These are two factors that could make or break achieving true success. STAR Management Consulting also focuses on raising aspiring professionals at any stage of their career as well as businesses’ profiles and brands big or small for maximum success. This has been a vision of mine for many many years. As women, we experience so many self-image issues, some starting in our youth and carried throughout adulthood.
