We are proud to create a community of growth and development for missional organizations like Rainbow Village. Justin and the 2026 LIFT cohort are strengthening their leadership and capacity for greater impact in the communities that they serve.

Rainbow Village’s Community Engagement Director, Justin Cates, is currently taking part in the LIFT Program, which stands for Leadership Impact for Transformation.

Presented by the Community Foundation for Northeast Georgia in partnership with Long Table Consulting, this 12-month, cohort-based leadership development initiative is designed specifically for nonprofit leaders who want to grow their skills, deepen self-awareness, and improve organizational effectiveness.

We can’t wait for Justin to apply what he learns to further the Rainbow Village mission!
