Honored to speak at the GLOW event today!

“Mastering Conflict: Leadership that fights for the highest good” invited leaders to rethink how they view conflict, not as something to avoid, but as a powerful catalyst for clarity, growth, and stronger relationships.

We explored how intentional, healthy conflict can:
• Strengthen trust
• Elevate communication
• Unlock better ideas
• Create environments where people and teams thrive

We learned practical tools and real‑world application, so that attendees walked away equipped to engage conflict with a gain mindset, confidence and purpose.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to invest in the women who are leading in their workplaces and communities. It was a joy to FIGHT for liberation together!

Congratulations to the LIFT 26’ graduates! 🎓

For the past 12 months, this remarkable group of leaders has been on a shared journey to Become → Build → Lead—and they’ve done the hard, transformative work every step of the way.

They showed up to each session with authenticity, intentionality, and a growth mindset. They learned new tools, practiced them in real time, and applied them to the teams and communities they serve. Along the way, they navigated career transitions, life changes, new roles, and fresh insights that reshaped how they see themselves and their leadership.

What has inspired me most is how they encouraged, challenged, and championed one another. They modeled what healthy leadership looks like—courageous, humble, curious, and committed to growth that lasts.
It’s been an honor to walk alongside them this year.

We're back for the ReCast Community Connections Workshop Series 2026 in the City of Lawrenceville ! We started off with a great group learning about their leadership Voices and how they can value and connect with all Voices that live, work and play in Lawrenceville. We were fortunate to partner with Georgia Gwinnett College who hosted and treated us to a fabulous lunch.
