Furniture Manufacturing Expo Bringing Together Suppliers And Manufacturers Of Home Furnishings

11/12/2025

For the first time, the 2026 Furniture Manufacturing Expo takes place at the Charlotte Convention Center, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Why did the show move to Charlotte?

Easier access to the show means more attendees & better ROI for exhibitors. Having more attendees means there will be even more opportunities for connection & collaboration.

Moving to Charlotte will help us reach our goal: To be the must attend show for all furniture manufacturers in the entire US, while ensuring North Carolina remains the heart of the furniture manufacturing industry.

Tariffs and the Supply Chain Impact
Wednesday, June 11th at 12:30 pm

At the top of every conversation right now are tariffs and how this will ultimately impact the furniture manufacturing industry. Also learn how Universal is also making itself more competitive from a supply chain perspective with materials and components that are cost competitive and speak to the type of quality its customers expect.

Moderated by Tom Russell, Editor in Chief at Home News Now, this session will feature Rick Lovegrove, Vice President, Upholstery for Universal Furniture International, Inc. Rick is a creative innovator and design executive with 25 plus years of experience in both domestic and international furniture manufacturing and design, global sourcing and product development. The next session at the Innovation Theater is one you do not want to miss!

LINC Systems Presents Two Products: Pneumatic Klinch-it Air Fire Tool by Encore and a New and Innovative Upholstery Tool from Everwin.
Wednesday, June 11th @ 12:00 pm

The first topic in this session will feature a pneumatic stapling-type tool used to fasten coil springs to webbing when making or repairing upholstered furniture. This product offers a more efficient and cost-effective process than sewing springs to webbing.

The second topic in this session will highlight a high-performance upholstery tool that is built for speed, durability, and ease of use. It features a short stroke trigger, autofire compatibility, long magazine and nose, and a shared frame for both trigger types. Angled nose bolts and steel-threaded hardware minimize skips and frame damage, while dust ports prevent buildup. A removable pinky latch enables one-handed use, and an integrated muffler reduces noise. With a familiar feel and balanced weight, it’s designed for seamless adoption and long-lasting performance.

This session is presented by Linc Systems whose vision is to be the leading provider of transformative solutions to the North American Industrial Consumables market. Learn more at www.lincsystems.com

This incredibly informative session will be presented by Derrick Kearns, Territory Manager, North Carolina for LINC Systems, and Dan Burgjohann, General Manager, North American Operations for Everwin Pneumatic Corp.
