I thoroughly enjoyed spending yesterday with the Fayette County Board of REALTORS and Newnan Coweta Board of Realtors (NCBOR) for their Joint Business Meeting yesterday. What a pleasure to see two local boards, who share some geography, come together to network and learn. Thank you for inviting me to address your members for your business meeting to talk about "New Year, New You?" and then teach CE in the afternoon, as we discussed "Success Strategies in a Low Inventory Market: Negotiation and Strategy."

Thank you all for the hospitality, especially FCBOR President Kaley Butcher and AE Jonnie Hernandez Phillips, NCBOR President Elizabeth-Betsy Crowell Williams and AE Elizabeth Hiett, Kavita Mcinroe for reaching out and making the ask, and countless others of you whom I have known and whom I only just met yesterday! I truly had a lovely day!
