The best work is sometimes the hardest. After 7 months of a very aggressive rodent and pest control service. The rodents did about 3000$ dollars of damage to a home they are now under control. Three different species were identified the worst was roof rats because they love human food and can climb the best thus the name roof rats. The price was very reasonable and fit the client's price. After checking rodent reports it's been the year of the rats. One of the reasons is warmer wetter weather and another is because owners are trying to do pest control themselves. Exclusionary or sealing homes has been another factor as this has allowed the populations to go unchecked and unnoticed. Leaving homes and property more likely to see bigger issues according to the state monitoring reports.
