It was a beautiful day spent celebrating residents and their families. We joined other local companies to bring games, music, food, and plenty of fun—and our pumpkin tic-tac-toe was a hit! 🎃

Some of the best partnerships are the ones that get you out into the community together! 💙
We’re grateful for our relationship with CenterWell Senior Primary Care East Paulding and for the trust they place in Caring Transitions as a resource for their patients and families.
Whether we’re calling Bingo together at the Paulding County Senior Center or sharing resources at CenterWell’s Health & Resource Fair, we love finding fun and meaningful ways to show up for local seniors.

What a wonderful month of connecting, collaborating, and giving back! 💚
We’ve had so many opportunities to spend time with the incredible people and organizations serving our community.
At Friday Vibes, we co-sponsored breakfast and used our presentation time a little differently—sharing a case study about a 93-year-old woman who had fallen and was in the hospital. Together, we walked through how each of our services could collaborate to help her and her family navigate what comes next. It was such a great reminder that none of us has to serve our clients alone.
We also had some fun celebrating Dolly Parton style with Revival Care Services, attended Real Estate Connections at Scofflaw Brewery (and can’t wait for their big birthday bash on October 6!), and spent time with the residents at Creekside Pines hosting Bingo. 🎶🎉🍻
For us, networking is about so much more than exchanging business cards. It’s about knowing the right people so when one of our clients has a need outside of what Caring Transitions provides, we can connect them with someone we know and trust. That’s what community and collaboration are all about. 💚
