Care Assurance Aging Care Management & Consultation is seeking a Part-Time Outreach Coordinator to service the Nashville/Brentwood, TN area.
The Outreach Coordinator will assist the care management firm with identifying, developing and fostering relationships with the community. The Outreach Coordinator services as an educator and promotor of Care Assurance care management services and products.
The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the development and implementation of sales & marketing strategies.
- Spearhead community events initiated by the company and identify events in which the company can participate in.
- Meet and exceed sales & performance goals as set by the company.
- Monitor industry trends and provide service suggestions as appropriate.
This role requires outbound sales & marketing. The ideal candidate will:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in senior care (i.e. home care, care management, home health, hospice, long term care).
- Sales & Marketing experienced preferred but will train the right candidate.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must have a cellphone and access to a laptop or desktop.
- Familiar with using computerized applications such as a CRM (i.e. Zoho, Salesforce)
- Must be organized and have good time management skills.
This position is ideal for a retired Nurse, Clinical Social Worker or Activities Director looking to transition into business development.
