About the Role
The Executive/Personal Assistant will support the Manager of Operations across a wide range of responsibilities. This is a dynamic position suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and can switch between administrative tasks and on‑site operational support.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
- General administrative and organizational support for the Manager of Operations
- Creating and scheduling social media content
- Providing customer experience support
- Communicating with vendors and suppliers
- Recruiting, coordinating, and managing volunteers
- Supporting technology needs (simple web updates; app development experience is an advantage but not a must)
- Communicating with community groups and social organizations
- Coordinating, planning, and scheduling events and special programming
- Assisting with cashier and food handling during busy periods
- Supporting cleaning tasks (bathrooms, kitchen, field)
