🐻 ARK HAS A NEW PARTNER — AND THINGS ARE SMELLING PRETTY GOOD AROUND HERE.

We’re excited to welcome The Flannel Bear as one of ARK Leadership’s newest partners!

The Flannel Bear creates clean-burning, hand-poured, small-batch home fragrances designed around comfort, nostalgia, and some seriously great scents. Their collection includes 100% natural soy wax candles, wax melts, reed diffusers, diffuser oils, candle warmers, and more.

And we think there are plenty of ways to bring a little Flannel Bear into the workplace.

🎁 Looking for a client gift they’ll actually want to keep?

📦 Want something new and memorable for your employee welcome packages?

🕯️ Need a little something to soothe your mood while you work through that inbox, budget meeting, or 4:30 PM “quick question”?

🔥 Work somewhere that doesn’t allow open flames? They even have electric candle warmers, so you can get the fragrance without lighting a wick.

When ARK partners come together for a WIN! 🙌

Our client, Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (GACDL), recently made the decision to switch payroll providers as part of a broader internal operational efficiency plan we had been discussing toward the end of Q4. During a conversation yesterday morning, we aligned on the clear benefits of making a change at the start of a new quarter.

There was just one small catch — it was January 7, and payday is January 15. 😅

Thanks to our strong partnership with Justworks, we moved fast and stayed focused. An initial setup call at 5:00pm yesterday, onboarding this morning at 11:30am, and by 4:00pm, everything was fully configured and ready for payroll.

This simply doesn’t happen without exceptional partners. Huge thanks to the incredible team at Justworks, including Cassidy Farrell and Lindsay Ryan, and to GACDL’s Executive Director, Mazie Lynn Guertin, JD, MPA, whose organization and responsiveness made this transition seamless.

This is what we strive for every day at ARK Leadership — Built on trust. Delivered with impact. 💙

This is how the ARK Leadership team rolls. You need help….we’ve got you!!

While skiing at Snowshoe, WV…we went to The Locker Room to watch The Sugar Bowl.

They were backed up and understaffed. So, Chris A Ryan-Lawrence jumped in, started taking orders and delivering drinks!

🛠️ IMPACT MOMENT: Rolling Hills Missile Silo 🛠️

At ARK, we thrive on projects that break the mold—and this one has been a blast (pun intended).

We’ve had the honor of supporting the restoration and reinvention of a Cold War–era missile silo in Kansas. From strategic planning to risk and compliance, we’re helping bring this underground relic back to life.

Whether it becomes a museum, a retreat, or something totally unexpected—it’s already making history.

Bi-weekly construction meeting with Swimmerman Swim School and the crew was amazing yesterday! Demo is well underway and these beautiful ceilings were just exposed!

The Midtown and Henry locations are open for enrollment now if you just can't wait for Hapeville to open! :)
